Cancellation & Refunds Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before making payment.

2. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for completed orders except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. If any refunds approved by the company it will take 7 working days to credit to your original source account.
Note: For only damaged products alone return is accepted within 5 days of delivery

3. Replacements

If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement. Replacement product will be delivered within 7 working days to your location
